History
Our venue's inception traces back to a familial endeavor and is still family-operated today! When the opportunity arose to acquire an aging warehouse stocked with feed, seed, and farm equipment, the Ace T. Farms family seized the chance. Their vision was to rejuvenate the space, preserving a slice of local history for the community and creating a venue for perfect gatherings. Throughout the restoration process, numerous visitors shared stories of visiting the old warehouse for seeds, fertilizers, and equipment for their nearby farms. Together, we strolled through the building as they nostalgically recounted its former state, adorned with shelves and stocked with goods. Embracing the spirit of community, we take pleasure in unveiling this revitalized space to the Chatham community, cherishing the diverse stories that form the tapestry of our facility's history. Our aspiration is to remain a cherished hub for the families of this community, hosting a variety of events such as family reunions, musical performances, birthdays, markets, and any other celebrations that you may envision, for many years to come!
